The cottage has two bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and separate WC. One is a king bed; the other is a zip-and-link king that can be arranged as two singles on request. The open-plan living space has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, a kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, and a lounge with a television. Bi-fold doors open from the kitchen to a fully enclosed courtyard garden furnished for outdoor eating. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. One off-road parking space comes with the property; additional parking is usually available nearby. A shared paddock is accessible for dog walking and picnics. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Nearby Wimborne and Ringwood have shops and cafés. The New Forest National Park, Badbury Rings, and Moors Valley Country Park are all within reasonable driving distance. One dog is welcome.
