Sandcastles is a third-floor apartment on Station Road in Swanage, steps away from the seafront. The open-plan layout combines a living area with a 32-inch TV and DVD player, a separate dining space, and a kitchen equipped for cooking. The bedroom has a double bed; the shower room includes a heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are provided, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the shared utility room. The building offers a permit for nearby parking, about ten minutes' walk away.

Everything in central Swanage—shops, restaurants, pubs—lies within easy walking distance. The beach itself is just beyond the end of the road. The South West Coastal Path runs nearby for longer walks, and the steam railway operates from the town. Cyclists can use the shed provided. Fishing and horse riding are available within a mile. The property is for non-smokers.
