Beds, towels and wi-fi are included; the heating is underfloor on the ground floor, radiators above.

The property sits within The Victorian Barn estate, a working farm with communal facilities: an indoor heated pool, sauna and games room with pool table and table tennis, all shared with other properties on the grounds. Your own private patio overlooks the gardens, and a hot tub on the terrace seats six. Fishing is free to residents, and there is on-site parking including an electric car charging point. Three lakes within the grounds are fenced but require supervision of children at all times. No smoking is permitted inside.
