The Victorian Barn – Lodge sits on a working farm estate near Woolland, surrounded by open Dorset countryside with Bulbarrow Hill rising nearby. This two-bedroom cottage sleeps four and occupies its own corner of the grounds, with a walled garden and sitting area that looks out across the rural landscape.

Inside, everything happens on one level. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and lounge areas, with a 50-inch Smart TV, full cooking facilities and enough room to spread out. Bedroom one has a double bed; bedroom two has two singles. The shower room is compact but functional. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi are included, along with bed linen and towels. Pets stay free and have the garden to themselves; children need supervising near the three on-site lakes, which are fenced but not child-proof.

Beyond the cottage, the estate offers an indoor heated pool (12.5m by 6m), games room with pool table and table tennis, badminton court, fishing lake and children's play area. Electric car charging is available, and there is parking for two cars on the property. The setting suits families, couples and small groups wanting countryside quiet without complete isolation from facilities.
