The Victorian Barn - Plumtree

The Victorian Barn opens into a generous ground-floor space where the living area, kitchen and dining zone flow together under underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave—with a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, three bedrooms each have their own ensuite: the first holds a king and single bed with a bath and shower, the second a king with a cubicle shower, and the third two singles also with a shower. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are all covered.

The property sits on a working farm in the Dorset countryside, with an enclosed garden, patio and private hot tub for six. One dog can stay free. Guests also have shared access to a heated indoor pool (13m by 6m), games room with pool table and table tennis, fishing lakes, badminton court and a children's play area. Parking for two cars is on-site, with additional spaces and an electric car charging point available. Two travel cots and two highchairs can be arranged. The grounds contain three fenced lakes that require supervision of children at all times. No smoking in the property itself.
