I really can’t fault this place. you know what you’re getting with a Premier Inn and this Location delivers on all levels. Location perfect in the centre of town. All the staff welcoming friendly and helpful. Room clean and well equipped. The breakfast, which I had every day on the first morning buffet, I thought it was a bit cold. I mentioned it to a member of staff and every morning afterwards it was piping hot and delicious. So great for a team to take Friendly feedback feedback and act on it instantly. 10/10

Short but very pleasant stay at Premier Inn Douglas. Reception team very friendly and efficient. Great breakfast ( had to stop myself from digging into the buffet) with a vast selection of hot & cold food. Rooms - had booked a standard one for a single night stay - are simple but comfortable and convenient . Large bed / matress topper for a good night sleep. I do recommend the place .

It initially gives the impression of a decent Premier Inn where "you know what to expect". Family rooms are clean, comfortable with a nice view on the higher floors. I wish this hotel had parking on site, but you can't have it all I suppose. Space around this part of town seems at a premium. I parked in Chester Street Car Park. We arrived in our room with a lovely surprise- a nice note on a postcard with souvenir's. I have never had this experience in any other Premier Inn's, therefore it was thoughtful and very much appreciated. Many thanks to John who works there. Great staff for seeking assistance when we had some concerns about our ferry being cancelled, thankfully wasn't though. The location is very handy for the centre of Douglas, especially for M&S. Overall, though this hotel may not look as grand as some other more premium hotels on the Island, it gives you what you hope for in a good Premier Inn, plus more. Very pleasant stay as a base for exploring the Island.

Staycation, amazing hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms were extremely clean just a bit of black stuff on the silicone around the bath but for me that’s minimal. The bed was so comfortable and perfect pillows for side sleepers. The meal was amazing, very large helping and the meat was cooked to perfection. Had a refreshing fruit salad to finish off afterwards. The two young men Thomas and Ashton at dinner time were so helpful and friendly. Very good customers service from all staff, warm welcoming from the very start. Lovely unlimited breakfast in the morning, lovely selection to choose from. Just a little let down was the bananas had seen better days but just a trivial thing for me. Will definitely be back!! Thank you to all the staff and the chef at the hotel.
