We can’t say enough about The Town House. It is a beautifully restored Victorian home, that takes you back in time. We had a lovely, spacious room facing the sea. Could not have asked for a better view. The rooms were well stocked, from the kitchen area to the bed and bath. The location is perfect. So many places within walking distance, and getting a taxi or a bus was very easily done. Jon is a great host, very accommodating and helpful. I don’t think we could have chosen a better home base for exploring the IOM. This has been our second time staying here. We love IOM, the people, the history, the TT races. We can not wait to come back!

Stayed here for TT week and couldn't have asked for a better base. The room was beautiful with stunning views over the promenade, and the location is perfect — 10 minutes walk to the Grandstand and everything Douglas has to offer. What really stood out was the service from Jon. We arrived early before check-in and he personally messaged us just a few hours later to let us know our room was ready — three hours ahead of schedule, with our luggage already moved in. When the racing was cancelled due to weather, he even offered us a discounted extra night so we'd have a chance to catch the races. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. Unlucky with the weather this year, but The Town House made the trip worthwhile regardless. Will absolutely be back for TT 2027. 10/10

This hotel was perfect for our trip to the Isle of man, the room was very homely and comfortable which was great to come back to after a long day sightseeing. The location could not be better as it is only minutes away from the ferry terminal, local shops etc. We were unlucky with the weather and we didn't get to experience the TT because of this, but we will definitely come back soon

Just returned home after spending a couple of nights at this fabulous place. Perfectly located overlooking the harbour and convenient for the ferry. The staff were lovely. Would highly recommend
