What visitors say
The bowling is good but the place is let down by filthy pool tables which they charge £2 a game for. That's double the price of most places, andthe tables look like they have never been brushed. The balls are old and dirty, and all of the chalk is used up and needs replacing. It's pure filth to be honest. Staff standing around doing nothing despite the mess, and the gents toilet cubicles have no locks (not broken locks, no locks at all). I dread to think what the kitchen looks like if this is what front of house looks like. Wont be back.

Took my family here recently and although the online "2 games" deal was very reasonably priced, the actual service provided was not up to scratch. My wife ordered food for us all and 45 minutes and two requests to see where it was, our food arrived. Young adult staff who obviously could not have cared less when it arrived as there was no explanation or apology. Then we took our children on the arcades after and gave them £10 each to which they went on the games that give tickets to exchange for prizes. Once they had spent their money, I tried to put the tickets in the ticket machine but it wouldnt take them but was still clocking up the number. I did this twice and then thought there must be a fault with the machine. Before i could get a member of staff, a rude, blonde haired girl from behind the bar shouted something down the lines of "ive seen you do that twice and I will only be giving you half the amount of tickets". Basically accusing me of deliberately reusing the tickets to obtain more. I tried to explain to her that this was not the case to which she went into "I wont stand here and have you shout at me" mode. I werent shouting at her but obviously I was a little unhappy that she was about to knock me for half my tickets id just spent £30 on because their machine was faulty. What made it worse is she obviously knew it was faulty prior to me using it and as most parents will already know, you need a silly amount of tickets to get a lollipop, let alone anything decent. No warning or note on the machine to make customers aware. For this we will not be returning and will certainly steer others clear of this place. A real shame that customer service standards are not what they used to be, and for what, a few tickets (143 to be exact).
