The toilet is really not ok. Not suitable for tall people and smell so weird - I did not even bother … lucky enough had a shower in the morning . The lock fell apart and they came to fix fast - the lamp is broken … no heating .. after 3 rd complaints fixed. I feels like it is not my job to inspect the hotel but it happened. The breakfast is probably the best thing there.

Breakfast included and is absolutely delicious. Staff are friendly and receptive. In such a convenient location with shops a short walk away. Beds were a little hard, but besides this the amenities were clean and well-stocked. Would happily stay again!

Nice little guesthouse with hotel next door, basic but nice enough, hands off approach is fine but staff there if you need them. Breakfast supplied and is good enough to start your day. Walking distance from river Nith.
