Absolutely lovely place to stay. Very welcoming and fantastic rooms. Excellent information provided. Lounge area with games and access to drinks etc. Breakfast was delicious. Parking round back. Short car ride to riverfront and places to eat.

Took a 3 hr drive to get there and had a fantastic Scots welcome. Room was spacious, very clean and bathroom was good. Beds were super comfy with additional blanket. Loved breakfast and the whole experience overall. Being able to use the social space to chat to my family was just brilliant and a lovely space. Parking available at the rear which was brilliant. Would totally recommend. My son took advantage of the town being so close and went and explored. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. Totally looked after

We had a wonderful stay at Hamilton House. The hosts are very welcoming and kind. The B&B is clean and lovely. Our breakfast each day was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.
