River View is a three-bedroom maisonette spread across two floors in Dock Park, a waterfront green space just outside Dumfries town centre. The property sleeps six and sits within walking distance of the high street, museums and restaurants. An unfenced river lies 15 yards away—worth knowing if you're bringing children or a pet.

The first floor has a living room with a 32-inch Smart TV and Netflix access, a dining room, and a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob and washing machine. Bedroom 1 is a kingsize with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. One dog stays free of charge.

Dock Park itself stays open year-round with a play area, mini golf, trampolines and riverside walks.
