Walk up four steps into Forth Reflections and you're immediately in the first-floor heart of the property: an open-plan living space with a double bedroom leading off one side. Two single sofa beds sit in the lounge alongside a TV and DVD player, while the dining and kitchen areas flow into the same room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher for self-catering. Downstairs on the ground floor is the bathroom with bath and shower.
This 1800s townhouse occupies a central position in South Queensferry with the town's shops, pubs and restaurants within 150 yards on foot. The beach is 50 yards away. One small dog stays free, and essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. On-road parking is available. The property does have open and steep stairs, and smoking is not permitted.
From here you can walk to Hawes Pier for boat trips to Inchcolm Island, explore wooded paths along the shore, or reach Port Edgar for sailing and watersports. Fishing, golf, horse riding and mountain biking are all nearby. A cot and highchair are available if needed.
