This Grade II-listed cottage dates from the 18th century and retains character throughout its compact layout. The ground floor contains an open-plan living and dining space with a gas fire and television, alongside a kitchen equipped for straightforward self-catering. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double and one single (suited to children), served by a shower room and separate toilet.

The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay. One dog or cat can come with you at no extra cost. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. A pebbled patio gives access to outdoor space, and on-road parking is available nearby. The cottage sits within easy reach of Barnard Castle's town centre, where you'll find pubs, cafés and restaurants within a short walk. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
