The Gingang is a converted barn with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to ten people across a whole property. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so self-catering is straightforward. Downstairs there is a living room with a wood-burning stove, a separate toilet, and a double bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower. The first floor holds four further bedrooms: two doubles with ensuites, one double, and two singles.
Outside, there is ample parking on site. The grounds feature a shared games room with a pool table, landscaped gardens with a summer house, and a half-acre courtyard with barbecue facilities. Children's swings are available. A pub is within a mile's walk. The location is in County Durham countryside near Weardale, with walks accessible in every direction; the market town of Barnard Castle is within reach. The property does not allow smoking. There are ponds in the grounds—one close by and another thirty yards away—and six steps within the site.
