The property is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house in East Devon, a short walk from pubs and the seafront. Everything on the ground floor opens into one another—a dining area with seating for eight, a living space with a television, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. An enclosed patio beyond gives access to the garden and bicycle storage.

Upstairs, a sitting room with a wood-burning stove opens onto a balcony facing the sea. The four bedrooms vary in size; the master has its own shower room and sea-facing windows, two others are doubles with en-suite facilities, and one further double completes the layout. Each bathroom comes with towels, and bed linen is provided. Electricity is included in your stay. One parking space is allocated to the property; further parking is within a five-minute walk.
