Estuary Court

Estuary Court is a four-bedroom house in Exmouth sleeping up to eight guests, positioned on the edge of the Exe Estuary with direct access to the coast. The property comes complete with essentials included: electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Parking for one car is on site, and one well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. No smoking inside.

The ground floor contains a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, plus a separate dining area and a bedroom with bunk beds and its own toilet. Upstairs, the living room has a smart TV and opens onto a balcony; two further bedrooms are on this floor—one with two single beds and a bathroom with bath and shower, the second with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. On the top floor sits the fourth bedroom with a double bed and access to another balcony. An enclosed rear patio provides outdoor space, and the heating is gas-fired.

The location puts you steps from two miles of sandy beach and a ten-minute walk to pubs, restaurants and the Stuart Line boat trips by the marina. Low tide on the estuary is good for exercising dogs, and the Exe Sailing Club is nearby. Exmouth town centre is accessible without a car.
