Four Elms

Four Elms is a three-bedroom cottage near Yarcombe in the Blackdown Hills, where the layout splits between a ground floor built around two woodburner-warmed rooms and a galley kitchen, and an upstairs with bedrooms and a shower room. The living and dining areas both have fires; the kitchen has an electric range, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs there is also a full bathroom. Bedrooms consist of one kingsize, one double, and one with bunks. Linen, towels, heating, electricity and wi-fi are included.

The enclosed rear garden has a lawn and patio with furniture for sitting out. On-site parking fits two cars. The real draw is the immediate countryside access: a footpath from the property leads directly onto the Blackdown Hills network of walking and cycling routes. A pub is within a mile. The property is non-smoking.
