You enter Ley Farm – The Farmhouse through a stone cottage that dates to the early 19th century, stepping into a living room built around an original inglenook fireplace with a wood burner. A Smart TV, dining room, and conservatory complete the ground floor, where the kitchen is fitted with an Aga, dishwasher and full refrigeration – enough for cooking proper meals. Essentials like heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and fresh towels are all included.

Four bedrooms spread across two upper floors offer a mix of bed types: one king with its own ensuite on the first floor, and three superking beds on the first and second floors that convert to twins if you ask. Three bathrooms mean mornings are less of a scramble. The back garden has a bike store and space to move around. A shared games room on the site holds a pool table, table football and a projector if you want to book it separately for the evening.

The property sits a mile from a pub and welcomes one pet at no extra charge. Smoking is not permitted inside. You have parking for four cars on site and can arrive from 4pm.
