Ware House Cottage

Ware House Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion on the Devon-Dorset border, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything you need for self-catering is here: the kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher and washing machine; the living room includes a woodburner with initial fuel provided; bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. Gas central heating and electricity are covered, so you arrive to a ready-made home rather than a to-do list.

One bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower; the other holds two singles with a separate bathroom featuring a bath. Outside, there's an enclosed garden with patio seating and a barbecue, space to park three cars, and a bike store. The cottage sits half a mile from Lyme Regis and its working harbour, with the South West Coastal Path 500 yards away. A shop and pub are within walking distance. Dogs are welcome; smoking is not permitted.
