First time visit. Car-park is an absolute nightmare - possibly worse coz a Friday evening, but would definitely recommend avoiding and parking outside. Cinema was busy and queues for drinks were about 20 minutes. We then strangely had yo queue again before being allowed into screening around 10 minutes later than advertised. Would not return unfortunately

Attended screen 7 on Saturday evening. I used to be an unlimited member, but not attended in 2 years. I remember when they refurbished the screens and seats. They now look like they are old.. They've repaired the leather seats with tape, quiet a few are like this. When the lights were on it was difficult to see the row numbers, other people had the same problem! Some of the lights on the row numbers were not working when the lights were out. No issues with the sound of screen quality, it seemed fine. Seats getting old and in need of investment.

10 Years Loyal Customer - Mobile App would not let me book - website would not let me reset password - app shows cineworld card membership but apparently must login or connect something in app that is not mentioned anywhere apart from hidden in faq. missed my film - as good will asked to watch next one which was 4dx but refused to pay as its their issue and fault I could not book. Membership no cancelled - could not believe the way I was treated. App is terrible and even reset password on main website simply not working. Horrible experience and hours wasted!
