What visitors say
Great park to walk the dog. Has stephanie’s cafe right outside the main park entrance, tennis courts, a small skatepark, lots of parking, children’s playground, a pond, picnic tables, public toilets, and belair house. Is also right next to the p13, 201, and 3 bus stops and west dulwich station. There is also a lovely plot of wild flowers at the back during the summer months.

Great park to walk or rest, also nice big football ground to have a nice time. You will also find 2 tennis courts and a skateboarding place, also a playground for the small children’s is a nice plus!! (Also a nice carpark and a cafe on site)

It's an okay, small park. It has a house which you can hire for events, a lake/pond which you can circle with some benches to sit on. The day I visited (Saturday) was very quiet and felt serene.

A former private Georgian estate features a playground, skatepark, football field and tennis courts. The Grade II Listed Belair House aside an irregular shaped murky lake surrounded by a fringe of desultory light woodland, a vestige of the River Effra, the centrepiece here. More recent lacklustre maintenance and minimal ongoing upkeep evident around the lake surrounding - a location not lacking appeal. Pleasant thought not excessively so,
