Broad View Farm - Cedar Lodge

Cedar Lodge sits on a working sheep farm across 100 acres of East Hampshire countryside, near the South Downs National Park. The whole property is yours alone, set on the ground floor with a private front garden, terrace and barbecue. One dog stays free (they must be kept on a lead), and there's parking on site. A pub is within a mile.

The layout is open plan throughout: living space with a smart TV and patio doors onto the terrace, a kitchen with electric cooking facilities, and three bedrooms—a double with its own ensuite, a kingsize, and two singles. There's a second shower room. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; a welcome pack arrives when you check in. Travel cots and highchairs can be requested. The property is accessed via a semi-rough track.

The South Downs offers serious walking country, and Alice Holt Forest is nearby for woodland trails. Families with younger children will find market towns within reach. Smoking is not permitted.
