Broad View Farm - Larch Lodge

East Hampshire's countryside rolls up to the South Downs National Park, where Larch Lodge sits on Broad View Farm's 100 acres. The property is a single-storey cottage built for accessibility and comfort, with three bedrooms sleeping up to six: a double with ensuite shower, a kingsize, and a twin. There's also a second shower room. The main living space is open plan—kitchen, dining and sitting areas flowing together—with doors onto a terrace where you can eat outside or use the barbecue. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The front garden is yours to use, with furniture and a barbecue provided. The farm allows one pet to stay free, though dogs must be kept on a lead as working sheep are present. A pub sits within a mile. Access to the property is via a semi rough track.
