Oak Lodge is a ground-floor farmhouse on Broad View Farm, a working sheep farm set within 100 acres of Hampshire countryside near Hook. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms—a double with ensuite, a kingsize, and two singles—plus a second bathroom. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is supplied: Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and central heating. The kitchen is equipped to cook from scratch, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. An open-plan living space opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
One dog is welcome to stay free, though it must be kept on a lead as the farm still runs sheep. There is car parking on site. A pub stands within a mile. The 100-acre grounds are shared with other properties, giving a sense of being on a working farm rather than isolated. No smoking is permitted inside. Access is via a semi-rough track. Guests arrive after 15:00 and depart before 10:00.

Great place to stay. We've been staying there for work reasons and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It's close to train tracks but with the windows closed you'd never know it and the owners are lovely. Would definitely book to stay there again if I'm working in the area.

We stayed for 6 nights, it was the perfect place to stay after a long day. The cabins are clean, quiet, warm and well appointed. The surrounding countryside and gardens are lovely and the resident ducks & dog Sam beautiful. There are so many great pubs nearby for lunch & dinner, the town of Hook 2 minutes away by car and a quick 10 minute drive into Basingstoke, a perfect location. Debbie is a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble, she really made us feel very welcome and at home. Thank you so much :)

We stayed 9 nights with our dog. The hosts Debbie, Steve & Sam their dog, were most welcoming, laid back and accommodating during our stay. The apartment above the garage was very spacious, comfortable with good WiFi and Sky TV. The kitchen and dining area downstairs was ample to cook our meals. Convienent location, ample parking and walks for the dog. Highly recommended and children/dog friendly. Marie
