Stratton House

Burton Fleming is a village positioned between Scarborough and Bridlington, within reach of the Wolds Way and the Yorkshire Coast. Stratton House sits here as a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property sleeping six, recently refurbished and run as a whole to yourself. One well-behaved pet stays free.

The ground floor contains an open-plan living space with a woodburner, separate dining area, and a second sitting room also with a woodburner. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and the usual essentials. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one king and two doubles, served by two bathrooms with heated towel rails. Underfloor heating throughout, wi-fi, electricity and bed linen are all included; initial fuel for the woodburners is provided.

The enclosed west-facing garden is the main draw. A stone patio (5m by 4m) opens onto raised planted areas with garden lighting, and the whole space catches the evening sun. The private hot tub sits here, along with garden furniture and a barbecue. Walkers and cyclists will find themselves well placed for exploring the surrounding landscape. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
