You enter Laurel Cottage into a light dining room with doors opening onto the garden and its raised decking—a natural spot for breakfast or evening drinks. The living room sits beyond, warmed by a wood burner and furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The kitchen, recently fitted, has everything needed for proper cooking: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, the other with two singles—plus a shower room.
This semi-detached cottage sleeps four and comes with parking for three cars on site. One dog is welcome and stays free. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included; initial logs for the burner are provided. The back garden has space for sitting outside, and there's a cot available if needed. Note that smoking is not permitted.
Blyford is a quiet village with a country pub serving food less than a mile away on foot. Halesworth, 4 miles off, has shops, restaurants and a train station with services to Norwich and London. Southwold and Walberswick lie 7 miles south; Minsmere nature reserve about 8 miles away. The coast itself is within reach for a day trip, and the Norfolk Broads sit half an hour's drive inland.
