The single bedroom has a king-size bed. There is one bathroom with a shower cubicle, a living and dining room with a television, and a kitchen equipped for cooking. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The property comes with its own entrance and private parking, though the garden is shared with the owners' home. No smoking is allowed inside.
