Having read all of the excellent reviews, we booked a four night stay at The Manse. It was perfect. We could not fault any aspect of our time there. The house itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated and spotless. We had the warmest of welcomes from Annie & John, who looked after us so well. Breakfasts were fabulous & our huge room was delightful & re-stocked each day with everything we needed, and more! I wished we lived nearer, to be able to pop there for a treat occasionally. We will definitely stay at The Manse if we visit Eastbourne again.

A wonderful b&b with lovely hosts. We had a very enjoyable stay with John and Anne. We had a large bedroom with a big comfortable bed and two arm chairs. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room, plus fresh milk and home made biscuits. The bathroom is big with a huge bath, big shower and two hand basins. Breakfast in delicious and freshly cooked by John while Anna waits on. They have plenty of ideas of how you can enjoy your stay in Eastbourne

We have just returned from the Manse for a 4 night stay, Anne and John are wonderful hosts, nothing was to much trouble for us. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was yummy. Anne was a mind full of local information which added to our holiday, we did things we would not have tried. Will be recommending The Manse to family and friends. An amazing b and b with incredible hosts. The room is extremely spacious to say the least! The bed is comfortable, places to sit and tea and coffee making in the room. The bathroom was huge with a great shower and bath. Annie was very attentive and John the master in the kitchen! Breakfast was made to order each day. Highly recommend this place for any length of time. An easy walk to the main areas of Eastbourne and Annie provided great ideas for day trips to explore further.
