About Wayfaring Farm Camping
Tucked away near Filching, Wayfaring Farm Camping offers a genuinely wild camping experience on intimate pitches where you can light your own campfire under the stars. The six non-electric wild camping spots and Badgers Corner double pitch keep things refreshingly low-key—no WiFi here, just the sounds of the East Sussex countryside. Families are welcome and facilities cover the essentials (showers, toilets, drinking water), though note that pets aren't allowed on site.
It's the sort of place that suits campers happy to leave the digital world behind for a night or two, with the South Downs and coastal walks within easy reach for daytime exploring.

What visitors say
Me and my friends thoroughly enjoyed the rural camping experience at wayfaring! Facilities were lovely and clean, and the pitches were nice and isolated. Ideal if your looking for a relaxing getaway with things to do nearby :)

We had a very special time camping at Wayfaring Farm. Liz and Michael, the hosts, have a strong connection to the land and have curated it delightfully. The views are incredible. We stayed in one of the bell tents, which was in its own secluded area and nicely designed. We'd go back in a heartbeat. (Especially if the glorious weather we had was guaranteed!)

Beautiful campsite run by lovely, lovely people. Liz was so helpful. Our first glamping experience, staying in one of the bell tents. We weren't sure what to expect, so turned up with loads of camping stuff. But Liz has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy.

Just got back from an amazing few days at Wayfaring farm camping. We were lucky enough to have one of the awesome Bell tents. Beautiful location, beautiful pitches, superb service and care from both Liz and Mickey. Can’t recommend it enough. Definitely going back . Thank you
