Huge thank you to Chloe (manager) and Matt at Vue Eastleigh for their amazing customer service! We had some issues with a food and drink voucher and both of them went above and beyond to help sort everything out quickly and kindly. They were so lovely, patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. Really appreciated the effort they both made! Excellent customer service from both of them! 😊😊

Do not book anything in Screen 2. Went to see Spiderman last night. As soon as we walked in it was hot. I asked staff if aircon was working and was told the manager would be informed. Cinema filled up and got hotter. I asked again and was told the aircon had just been reset. Nothing changed in cinema and we were sat in the sweat and BO of a hundred odd people for over two hours. No apology, no explanation from management. Film was great. Would not recommend the cinema.

We’re based in North Dorset but regularly make the trip to Vie Eastleigh as we tie it in with swimming at Romsey Rapids. Stumbled upon it by chance as the kids wanted to go to the cinema after swimming and it’s now become a regular thing. Easy parking in a good location with plenty of local shops on the doorstep. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Worth a visit if your in the area
