The town centre location puts you near the Mayflower Theatre, West Quay's high street stores and restaurants, and the SeaCity Museum. The beach lies about 2¾ miles away, and ferry services to the Isle of Wight run from the harbour.

The flat's open-plan living space combines a lounge with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen in one room. Two further bedrooms each have zip-and-link kingsize beds that convert to singles on request. A shower room serves the property. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One car parking space is available on site. The property sleeps six across the two main beds, or up to eight if you convert the beds to singles and use the sofa bed.

No smoking is permitted inside. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged if needed.
