So peaceful. Very big park not too far from the city Centre. We came here for a rest and a drink on the grass. Let out toddler walk around. Dog friendly park. Relaxing duck pond nearby. Great view of Edinburgh castle on hill. Right next to botanical gardens.

It is a nice enough park to have a walk through if you happen to be nearby. It is not amazing, but it provides a good enough stroll. There is a large pond, football and rugby pitches, a cricket area, a playground, and a sundial garden. There are paths through the park that are suitable for wheelchairs.
