94DR

94DR is a massive rental house right on a main road. It's easy to get to and has a couple of parking spots out front, with more street parking around the block. Inside there are a few living rooms, massive kitchen/dining room, and plenty of bedrooms with each room having its own bathroom. The beds are pretty comfortable and everything is very clean. Outside is a little porch and yard with a small house with a gym inside. There's a fire pit outside alongside a grill and some other small amenities. The owner is fantastic, so friendly and quick on responding. This place is meant for big groups and is kid friendly, although the stairs are a bit steep towards the top. It's walking distance to a few places, including restaurants and bars, plus a few shops for anything you need to stock the fridge or more. I'd highly recommend booking this place ahead of time, it even has a cool view of the park!

Very comfortable home located 10 mins from Waverley station. Super well stocked home - including milk, strawberries, crisps, bread, that greeted us upon our arrival. Paul and John were excellent hosts. Thank you.

Paul and John were absolutely incredible hosts. Upon arrival at the house we found a kitchen supplied with snacks, both healthy and sweet and a good supply of coffee. If you are thinking about Paul cooking dinner you will not be disappointed. The house is lovely, brilliantly decorated, each room has a full bathroom. You will not be disappointed.

A gem in Edinburgh! We booked 94DR for a family reunion in early April and our stay was fantastic! Absolutely spectacular! We rented all of 94DR for our family and our reunion couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is beautiful with large and very comfy living quarters. We were in touch with Paul to plan the reunion and Paul made our stay perfect. Every single detail was taken care off, a stocked fridge, a stocked bar, snacks, flowers, extra towels… He is not only the perfect host, but he knows the city better than anyone and he helped us plan various excursions, sightseeing trips and meals out. No detail was too small and every request was taken care off. Paul cooked a celebratory Scottish dinner for us that was Michelin star worthy and helped us organize a bag pipe player and drummer for the event. He even recommended the most amazing photographer, Marta Rocci to photograph the family. The house was spacious and we cooked some of our own meals here. The garden invites you to spend some time outside and it is very spacious and private. 94DR was perfect for our family reunion and a great base to explore Edinburgh and Scotland, but kudos to Paul for being such a phenomenal host and making our stay an absolute dream!
