I cannot speak highly enough of this bed and breakfast. The room were perfect and clean, excellent for a stay while exploring Edinburgh. It was only 10 minutes by bus to the major attractions and the stop was just right down the street. There was little to no road noise - often a problem staying this close to the city. Kuan was an excellent host and helped us navigate the city well and has continued on the high standards for this guest house. The breakfast was perfect for a day exploring the city. He provides many options for food and has quick options if you need to leave early, which we did one morning. I would most definitely recommend this for all travelers and would come back again.

Gorgeous hotel and really kind, gracious service. Breakfast was delicious! If I visit Edinburgh again I will stay here. :)

Nice place. Great host and location was near bus lines so made it easy to get around. Seems just a tad over priced but other than that was fine

Comfortable, elegant, and conveniently located. 35 minute walk to the Royal Mile. Our room was spacious and charming. Kuon was an excellent host. He was helpful, informative, friendly and accommodating. Great value for Edinburgh
