The hotel was excellent, very clean, and provided outstanding customer service. When we checked out, we asked if they could store our luggage while we completed the car rental procedures, and they were happy to help. The receptionist, whose name I believe was Sarah, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. She also guided us to the appropriate place to park our car. Thank you to Sehar for her exceptional hospitality and excellent service. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we highly recommend this hotel 🌹❤️❤️

The room was great once we found it. They put us in an upgraded room on the -3 floor. Finding the room was the challenge. You take an elevator down -2 and then walk through a hallway and a couple doors to another elevator. We were wandering and a very nice woman from housekeeping saw us and offered to walk us to our room. We would have been looking all day if not for her (unfortunately we were so exhausted and did not get her name but she was the nicest person at the hotel). It would appear they are in the process of updating several of these rooms but they really need to work on their signage because it is not all accurate. Not all elevators go to all floors even if they have buttons for them. The morning breakfast is good with a large selection. The location of the hotel is fairly central for many activities in town. I don’t recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. The staff needs some training.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect for our first night in Scotland. The view from the room was under construction, still a great view of the city. We were pretty tired when we checked in so we decided to order room service for our dinner, service was great and the food was just what we needed. We stayed for one night but would have loved more nights there!

I checked into the hotel today, and unfortunately, my first impression was quite disappointing. At reception, Ahmed completed my check-in smoothly. However, when I requested assistance with my luggage, he simply told me that no one was available at the moment. As a guest who had just arrived after a long journey from London with three pieces of luggage, I was surprised that no alternative assistance or guidance was offered. My room (011) was located on the -2 floor, but there was no proper signage to help locate it. I had to wander around with all my luggage, trying to find the room. I even asked a hotel staff member for directions, but he initially didn’t know where Room 011 was. After checking multiple times, he finally realized that Room 011 could only be accessed through another lift near Rooms 22. Another staff member eventually helped carry my luggage and guided me to the correct location. What was most disappointing is that the reception staff knew the room’s location and the unusual access route but never informed me during check-in. A simple explanation or arranging someone to assist would have avoided unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. After traveling all the way from London, this was certainly not the welcoming experience I expected. I hope the hotel improves its guest service, staff communication, and wayfinding signage so future guests don’t face the same situation.
