Our family had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Royal Mile in Edinburgh. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was outstanding—close to many of Edinburgh’s major attractions while still providing a quiet place to relax at the end of the day. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional customer service. Noemi and the entire front desk staff were consistently welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. Unfortunately, my wife was not feeling well during part of our trip. The hotel staff went above and beyond by taking the time to listen, showing genuine concern, and helping point us in the right direction to better understand her symptoms and seek appropriate assistance. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier for our family. It was clear they truly cared about our well-being, and that left a lasting impression on us. Outstanding customer service can make all the difference, and this team certainly demonstrated that. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an overnight flight and had no sleep and they were nice enough to find us a room to check in early. The room was clean and the AC was nice and cold. The breakfast was plentiful and the bacon and croissants were delicious.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh – Royal Mile for our son’s 3rd birthday. A very special thank you to the manager, Birsen, who was incredibly warm, helpful, positive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The whole team was also amazing and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. They prepared such a lovely birthday surprise in our room with balloons, chocolates, sweets, cards, and beautiful decorations for our son. He was absolutely delighted and still talks about it! These small but meaningful touches made our trip unforgettable. The hotel location was perfect and very central, making it easy to explore Edinburgh with a child. We also really enjoyed the hotel bar — it had everything we needed after a long day out. Thank you again to Birsen Hanım and the entire team for making our family trip so special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Edinburgh!

We loved its convenient location in Edinburgh. This Holiday Inn stood up to the quality brand name with comfortable beds and pillows. The room was very clean and staff was on point with friendliness and service. The breakfast was delicious with added items to meet the likings of Europeans such as beans and baked tomatoes. These are the reasons I chose this hotel while visiting Edinburgh.
