lovely place to stay with great host! We had the biggest family room with a double and two twin beds. The house is impeccably maintained with great attention to detail. Superb breakfast too! Can't recommend enough!

Superb guest house, beautifully clean rooms, attention to detail is amazing. The hosts are incredible, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a bottle of wine one night in the lounge to watch the football and the host brought us crackers, chutney and cheese-amazing, thank you. Really well positioned to reach all parts of the city. The hosts are so accommodating, this place is a must to stay at.

Everything about this place is amazing. Great location, quick walk into town or easy bus link, cafés and restaurants 5 minutes away. The decor is absolutely superb. Rooms are beautiful and clean, bed is so comfy, breakfast is amazing. I recommend Scottish breakfast and Martin's special. Martin the host is an incredibly kind and friendly person. Parking available.

Friendly host who couldn’t do enough for us! Beautiful and interesting decor and our room was spotless and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and fantastic service. Excellent value for money and we would love to stay again! Would highly recommend.
