A well-equipped hotel on Oxford Street, Edinburgh, suited to travellers who want a gym, spa and pool on hand without a car.
About Oxford Residence
Oxford Residence works well for guests who want a full-service base in Edinburgh without needing to drive, given there's no parking on site. It suits business travellers, spa-seekers and anyone wanting a bit of comfort layered onto a city trip, with a range of facilities that go beyond the usual overnight stay.
Rooms come with air conditioning, free WiFi and drinks available in-room, and the hotel adds practical extras such as luggage storage, a lift, concierge and business services. Breakfast is served on site, along with a restaurant and bar for guests who'd rather not head out in the evening. For downtime, there's a gym, spa and sauna, an indoor swimming pool, and a garden, and the property can also host weddings.
Edinburgh Waverley is around 1.62 miles away, useful for arrivals by train, and Edinburgh Zoo gives visitors a nearby attraction to build a day around. Further pubs, bars and restaurants sit within easy reach for evenings out beyond the hotel itself.
