What visitors say
Amazing place in terms of all possible location aspects. It is next to the town but you don't see roads or hear town noice. The view is great, visible fields for many miles in front. The pod has floor heating, great shower, microwave and fridge. You can make bbq and it is dog friendly.

We needed a full battery recharge and couldn’t have been more delighted with our choice to book here, so much so, we haven’t yet left and are planning our next visit. Ian is a great host, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was what we were hoping for. It’s a mile to the village, which for a relatively small place has ample choice for food and drink. We brought the dogs and didn’t come across anywhere which was not dog friendly. We will be back

Currently staying in the Rainbow Pod, got to say the stay is perfect and the hosts are super friendly and welcoming. Just looking now to see when we can book again. Thank you Ian and Janet.

We had a lovely Easter weekend. The location was great, a short drive from Ellesmere which has a large Tesco and other local cafes, restaurants & pubs to enjoy. Other destinations like Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Llangollen were within half an hour away where we had enjoyable days out. Ian made us and our dog incredibly welcome, was very responsive to any requests and was very forthcoming about making recommendations. He even offered us a lift when he saw us walking back from Ellesmere! The pods have very comfortable beds, are very clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Archer's Meadow Glamping, and our huge thanks to Ian for making our stay so enjoyable.
