Popped in here on a Sunday as soon as we got off the tube. The first pub we saw. Lovely looking old London pub. Plenty of people in there, good atmosphere. Decent selection of drinks. Didn’t try the food, but looked good. We only sat in the bar but I think there is a lounge. Seems to have some good history to it. Maybe a classic London boozer. I’d definitely pop back.

My wife and I dropped by Castle Farringdon for a few pints, and it was our first time there. We were warmly welcomed by a young, friendly staff member named Seian, who was cheerful, accommodating, and helped us settle in while taking our order. The overall vibe of the place is lovely—clean, cosy, and very inviting. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Didn’t eat here - 1st stop when arriving in London. Pub was busy so went upstairs to a small/nicely decorated area. William behind the bar made us feel very welcome & made me lovely cocktails. Lovely member of staff ⭐

Love this place. Great beer selection, nice vibes and in a very convenient location for my work. Smaller than it looks from the outside, staff are great and I've had so many friendly chats with conete strangers here that defy the London stereotype of unfriendlyness. Last time I went I ordered a halloumi burger. It was expensive for what it was and it was burned and tastes incredibly bitter in spite of there being sauce. It was very disappointing but we were in a rush so had no time to complain. I'll go back in a heartbeat but will think twice about food as not I my was it burnt and bitter, it was not particularly good quality. Really really good to meet with friends and have pint. Great place.
