Ladywell House is a substantial period building with six bedrooms spread across three floors, accommodating up to 14 guests. The ground floor opens into multiple living spaces: a main sitting room and a second lounge both with open fires and television, a dining room with fireplace, and a kitchen fitted with an Aga, induction hob and dishwasher. A utility room, conservatory and separate toilet complete the layout. Parking for six cars sits on the property, and an enclosed garden with patio and furniture provides outdoor space.
Bedrooms vary by floor. Upstairs, four rooms come with en-suite bathrooms: two with king beds, two with single pairs. The second floor holds two further bedrooms—one combining a king and singles, one with two singles—sharing a family bathroom. All rooms have bed linen included. Five bathrooms across the house contain baths, showers or both. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and towels are provided; initial fuel for the fires is covered, though additional logs are at cost. One dog stays free. The property is entirely yours for the duration, and there is a bike store on site. Smoking is not permitted inside.
The manse sits within Lomond Hills Regional Park near Cupar in Fife, making it well-positioned for exploring the region. Access to the entrance requires climbing eight steps; the enclosed garden has three steps leading down.
