I’ve been wanting to try this place since I moved to north London a few years ago, and finally managed to head there yesterday with my friend who was over from Oz. We were so impressed! I was so happy to see so many options without eggs; I normally struggle to order brunch as it’s so egg heavy, but they had so many options I actually struggled to decide! The food was so tasty and we were both stuffed. Literally the only comment I would have is that the coffees are tiny for the price; it felt a little bit cheeky putting an iced coffee in basically a tiny water class, but it was very tasty!

#toast 647 — @commongroundlondon French toast 🍎🍞 thick slice of brioche with mascarpone cream piped inside the toast itself. flavours wise, it was a standout — not too sweet, really palatable flavours that made it an enjoyable eat. despite being a bit farther out from central London, this place was packed on a Sunday weekend. laptops are not allowed, but you can bring a furry friend instead. the staff are very cheerful and seem to have a really good time — dancing around and enjoying music. only thing is that some of the tables are a bit too close to each other especially for those dining in twos which makes it a little bit of a squeeze. follow @nomkakaii on Instagram for more toast travels!

It’s my second time here. Great place, great coffee and mocha. The service is great and quick. The people are really friendly. The bathroom is clean and tidy. I would come back and I highly recommend.

I went to Common Ground to have a nice Sunday brunch with a girl friend and was truly not disappointed. It took a second to get in but once in the atmosphere was lovely, the food delicious and all staff very welcoming and kind. I managed to leave my water bottle at the table when I left and got a message very quickly through my booking to let me know and I collected it later that day. I would 100% recommend this gorgeous place for a coffee, cake or bite to eat!
