Seashore Apartment is a first-floor property with a balcony that faces out over Sandgate Bay. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite wet room. A sofa bed in the living room means the apartment can sleep four, making it suitable for a couple with children. You have a full kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so self-catering is straightforward. A gas fire warms the living and dining space on cooler days. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are all included; heating is central. One dog is welcome, though it must be kept on a lead. The apartment does not permit smoking.

The location puts you within reach of Sandgate's restaurants and fish and chip shops, while Folkestone's Rocksalt is a short drive away. Fresh fish is sold daily at Griggs Hythe. Coastal walks extend into both Hythe and Folkestone from the apartment's doorstep. The Earl of Clarendon is nearby for a drink. There is parking on site. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out before 10:00.
