A short but good stay . Folkestone probably isn't on most holiday lists. But I was visiting family. Very spacious rooms Obvs clean sheets and towels with good car parking too. Comforting decor and warm welcome from our host Z. Nice cat too 😌. Recommend going to Cafe for their nice bacon samwidges and and 'Nepal Palace' for amazing Nepalese food . Both only 15 mins walk and good quality 🤗 Highly recommended all round 🤗

This one’s tricky to review because the owner was genuinely lovely. The rooms were fine — nothing special, just okay. Instead of breakfast, you get a packed lunch waiting by the door in the morning, but it’s quite basic: a ham and cheese sandwich with paper-thin slices of each. It would’ve been funny if I hadn’t been so hungry! To be fair, the bag also included some fruit, crisps, a chocolate bar, and a juice box. Overall, though, it’s not worth the price — I’d give it a miss.

This is a difficult review since the proprietor was so nice. Rooms are meh . . . ok. No breakfast, but you are packed a lunch, which is by the door as you make your way out in the morning. Ham and cheese sandwich? Expect one very thin slice of ham, and one very thin slice of cheese. It would have been hilarious if I wasn't so hungry. To be fair, there was a piece of fruit, chips, a chocolate bar and a juice box it the bagged lunch. Recommendation: Skip it, not worth the money.

The host is the most lovely lady I've seen in England Rooms are clean and tidy, the location is extremely quiet, and the house is well decorated. We'd stay here again when there's an opportunity. Thank you for the sandwiches 🥪
