The Joiners Rest

Walk through the door of The Joiners Rest and you're into an open-plan ground floor where the living and dining areas flow together, anchored by a woodburner and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave all there. A shower room with cubicle shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs, a kingsize bedroom and a room with two single beds sleep four people in total, with bed linen and towels provided.

Outside, a private terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue for dining. Your own hot tub is tucked away from view. The property sits within shared grounds that include a swimming pool (open May to September, noon to 4pm) and further garden space to explore. Two parking spaces are allocated. Wi-Fi is included, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival. One pet stays free. The cottage does not permit smoking.

The location puts you within reach of the North Downs for walking. Folkestone and Hythe is nearby for coastal access and local amenities.
