Little Allaston Farm - Cider Press Barn

The Forest of Dean draws visitors for its woodland walks, cycling routes and outdoor spaces, and Little Allaston Farm offers a base from which to explore it. Cider Press Barn is a ground-floor conversion on the owner's working farm, sleeping 5 across three bedrooms: two doubles (one with an ensuite) and a single. A second bathroom serves the rest of the property.

The layout centres on an open-plan living and dining space with a wood burner, French doors onto a patio, and a kitchen fitted for cooking proper meals rather than holiday shortcuts. Two of the bedrooms have televisions. Outside, a private enclosed courtyard garden includes seating and a built-in barbecue. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. An initial supply of logs for the burner comes with the booking. Parking for two cars sits on the property itself.

This is a no-smoking property. The farm can arrange tours of its livestock if you want to engage with the working side of things, and the shared lawned grounds are available for picnics and play. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
