The property sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed, and there's a shower room on the first floor. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining area looks onto the garden, with a kitchen fitted for proper cooking—electric cooker, gas hob, air fryer, microwave and all the essentials for self-catering. Bike storage is provided for guests planning to explore the network of routes that begin at the property's edge.

The enclosed, lawned garden has outdoor seating, and there's on-road parking. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; a welcome pack and travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families with babies and toddlers. The house does not permit smoking or e-cigarettes. Note that there is a step into the garden.

Walking trails and cycle paths are immediately accessible from the doorstep, making this a practical choice for outdoor-focused breaks without the need to drive elsewhere to start exploring. The Forest of Dean itself offers woodland walks, cycle trails and access to the wider area's attractions.
