Forest Walk suits families, couples and small groups wanting to base themselves in the Forest of Dean. The detached house sleeps five across three bedrooms: a double with ensuite on the first floor, another double, and a single. Two bathrooms serve the property, one upstairs and a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs, the living room opens onto an enclosed garden through patio doors, while the kitchen and dining area flow together and come equipped for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave all included. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered, along with wifi throughout.

Coleford sits deep in the Forest, close to cycling trails, walking routes and the River Severn. Within a short drive lie Symonds Yat, Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves and Tintern Abbey. The Dean Heritage Centre and Dean Forest Railway are nearby. Larger towns including Ross-on-Wye, Chepstow and Monmouth are within easy reach, as are Gloucester and Hereford. One dog stays free. There's parking for two cars and a bike store on site. The village shop is half a mile away; a pub and restaurant a third of a mile. No smoking in the property.

Lovely walk along the Sculpture Trail, fantastic trails are well planned without spoiling the beauty. Walking the dogs an absolute pleasure. Lovely cafe, with huge meadow and playground for children.

I've lived here since 2022. It's an old, beautiful forest. Sometimes walking through the forest I feel like a character in some old folk tale or this is the same path that Thorin Oakenshield and Bilbo Baggins' group just walked. I love this area.

We walked the sculpture trail and had a great time! So much to look at. The path is mostly flat and quite wide and the colours are beautiful this time of year. Parking was £5 for the day I believe
