We stayed in the Sanctuary Cabin, with a family of 3 and our family dog. It was quite big with proper double bed and attached bathroom and a double single bed (of 2) along with cupboards and lot of space to walk around. It had everything we needed for stay including proper working kitchen( gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer) It located in small town of Fort Augustus which is self sufficient in its own way. Enough EV charger, restaurants, gift shops, et all. We found it peaceful and tranquil. The resort is quite big and felt secure. Staffs were friendly.

Loved it here! Got a micro lodge which came with a toilet, shower and kitchen. The bed was a pull out sofa bed which was comfy! Also got bedding and a tv. Really close to the Loch Ness viewpoint. There was also a lovely little pizza place nearby. Great location to go off travelling around. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend for a remote get away, All the staff (even the Chef!) are extremely friendly, welcoming & attentive. Any issues they are quick to resolve and very helpful to suggest 'Hidden Gems' of the Highlands. A special Shoutout to Jan in the restaurant, her service was impeccable & she is so warm and funny. We enjoyed the resort so much we didn't eat anywhere else. I'll be back for another Nessie Burger in the future!

Booked a pod for a family of 4 and included my children’s ages in the booking. Pod is extremely small for 4 and unless children are very small is not sufficient for a family. Pod floor was very dirty, we had to request a dustpan and brush to self clean. We were also left one toilet roll for a 4 night break for 4 people. When I asked for an additional toilet roll at approx 8:15 I was told I’d have to wait as the staff didn’t start work until 9.00! Staff were rude and unhelpful. The onsite restaurant was also closed for 2 of the 3 full days we were on site. Location is excellent but site itself is soulless, seems unfinished and overall it was a negative experience.
