Spacious if plain rooms. Bathroom was large and modern. Looks impressive. The place is generally run down and in need of some serious refurbishment. Carpets were worn and stained. The wonderful bathroom had shower that would flood the bathroom. There's no one on site and check in is on line. Breakfast is fine but there's no real choice. Location is good and there's off street parking. Couldn't really recommend this place.

The room was impressive! There is no host to check you in. This process could use some improvement. With that said, my stay was booked third party which could have been been the issue. The guy that was there doing the breakfast service was great! When I initially went down to eat, all of the tables were full. Not a big deal, but there is room for more tables. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic location in Fort Augustus on a quiet street just a minute or two walking from the center of town. Large, comfortable room with a really good shower, bike storage shed, and delicious fill breakfast buffet. Very convenient if you're walking or cycling the Great Glen Way.

Very good sized room with modern, excellent bathroom. Breakfast is a bit DIY compared to many B&B's. Booking is straightforward via booking.com, but it was difficult getting replies to a couple of queries, took a week and several e mails and texts to get a response.
